Terms of Service
Last updated: June 16, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SCMon website, API and wallet-activity alert service (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SCMon monitors public blockchain data for wallet addresses you choose to watch and delivers notifications to the channels you configure. The Service is non-custodial and watch-only: we never request, hold, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases or funds, and we cannot transact on your behalf.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for the activity under your account, for keeping your API keys secret, and for the accuracy of the addresses and destinations you configure.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe rights, or facilitate harm.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Only watch addresses and send alerts to destinations you are permitted to monitor and contact.
4. Credits and payment
The Service uses prepaid credits topped up in supported cryptocurrencies. Credits are consumed as alerts are delivered, at the rate for your tier. Credits are not legal tender, accrue no interest, and—except where required by law—are non-refundable. Pricing and rates may change with notice for future top-ups.
5. No financial advice; availability
The Service provides informational notifications only and is not financial, investment or legal advice. Blockchain data, third-party networks and delivery channels can be delayed or unavailable, and notifications may be late, missed or duplicated. You should not rely on the Service as your sole safeguard.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCMon WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, FUNDS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
